Scope of Works:

ATEC Construction Limited were employed to construct a bespoke luxury detached dwelling off Racecourse Lane. Working with a variety of high specification materials ATEC successfully completed the project achieving the desired high quality finish.

Key achievements:

Design and layout resulted in complex construction programme to bring the whole project together and co-ordination of extensive oak work and roof glazing.

Installation of large rainwater harvesting package, together with a pumped foul drainage system.

Restricted width of site made access for construction very difficult and limited type of plant and equipment used.
