Atec Construction Limited were engaged by a private client to undertake major extensions and alterations to this attractive period property. Working around the client who remained in occupation throughout, Atec carefully undertook the alterations to form a new living room and master bedroom with en-suite, linked to the main dwelling by a gallery landing. The project was fitted with a range of high quality bespoke joinery items much to the satisfaction of the client. The built on site highly insulated timber frame was clad externally with horizontal oak boarding and a full height oak glazed screed provided panoramic views of the countryside.

This project was a Highly Commended Runner-Up in the Shropshire & Staffordshire Building Control Awards in the Best Extension or Alteration to an Existing Home Category.
